We have been talking about this for some time, and even though we have replied to your questions one-at-a-time, we would like to present you with a global summary of what we are doing with regards to the Pro and Reseller accounts.

Here are the changes made to Gandi from 24/7 to 11/08:

• Numerous corrections/improvements have been made to the transfer process
• Addition of new transfer-protection icons (more intuitive)
• Correction of the decimal rounding calculation on VAT for invoices
• Correction of a bug in the CSV exports
• Correction of the display of a domain's status (DNS, URL forwarding, etc...)
• Ownership change procedure activated for .COM and .NET domains
• Automatic return to the former DNS in the event of an erroneous modification for a .FR domain
• Nearly 4,500 e-mails replied to by our Customer Care department

Here are the changes made to Gandi from 10/07 to 16/07:

• Added further error explanations for domain operation failures
• Correction of the content of several automatic e-mails.
• Added the possibility of cancelling an order that has been placed by cheque
• Correction of the display of the contact type when it is unchangeable (individual, company...)
• Addition of a system that checks the validity of contact forms during the registration of .fr domain names.
• More than 1,200 e-mails replied to by the Customer Care department.

Here are the changes made to Gandi from 26/06 to 02/07:

• Resolution of certain connection errors (timeout errors)
• Opening of the Beta version of the Reseller account!
  • Creation of multiple owners during registration via an easy form
  • Halting of the domain creation message being sent to the owner's e-mail address
  • Revision of the invoice interface, with a monthly view
  • Many additional services aimed at helping those who manage many domains for third parties
• Addition of 1,000 Beta accounts to GandiBlog
• Improvement of our own internal monitoring tools
• Customizable CSV export
• Addition of a status report during the transfer process
• Possibility of starting the transfer of several domains having different owners
• Nearly 2,400 e-mails replied to by our Customer Care Department

Here are the changes made to Gandi between 12/06 and 18/06:

• Preparation of the system for the release of the .fr TLD to French residents
• Modification of invoices so they use less ink when printed, Gandi is environmentally-friendly
• Correction of the transfer process for .fr and .be TLDs
• Display of refunds in your invoices section
• Fixed the "Restart the transfer" button for failed transfers in the "Orders in Progress" page
• Modification of the "Control Panel" for the activation of blogs
• Preparation of a new type of account: Reseller
• Plus, over 2,800 e-mails replied to by Customer Care
