Are there some known technical problems currently? I've been experiencing some connectivity problems during last few days. E.g. right now I'm unable to connect my VM at all. If the pattern continues as it has, it's available after a while.. But even though, connection outages like this are very annoying.

If the hardware manufacturer isn't responsive enough, you might considering mentioning the name to your customers. After all, lots of customers are involved in businesses quite similar to Gandi, and the information might help some of us out in the future... And provide a poignant incentive to the manufacturer to improve their products.

Maybe Gandi should consider providing some data and email (relay) backup services in the long run.

Thanks for keeping us up to date – much worse than having problems is not taking responsibility when they occur.

Any news about fixing the problem that now after the forced reboot on Friday VMs seem to have access to only 138 MB of ram per share instead of the promised 256 MB?
