Prepaid accounts have been available to resellers for some time now. This option has since become an absolute "must have" for these users. The prepaid account also offers resellers the option of automatic domain renewal of the domains of their choice. Therefore, no more unpleasant "surprises" regarding expiration dates! :) This service is now available to all Gandi customers!

What is a prepaid account? It is simply a reserve of funds that allows you to pay for any transaction at Gandi : registration, transfer, ownership change...and of course: Renewal!
All necessary refunds are also credited directly to this account. Please note that the balance of the prepaid account can be refunded at any time. You may credit this account via credit card, cheque (from a French bank) or wire transfer (a minimum of 60 € is required for cheques and wire transfers).

You can activate the automatic domain renewal via your control panel by using the auto-renew icon (two circular grey arrows). Deactivation of this option is, of course, just as simple! :)

Note to our more apprehensive users - automatic renewal is done 7 days before the Registry expiration date and you will be informed by email. The only thing you have to worry about is the balance of your prepaid account. :)
