After more than a year of scouring the landscape of online website creation tools, and after looking at many different companies and projects, we are pleased to announce that we have chosen BaseKit! This London-based company is full of dedicated geeks that love what they do, continue to find new ways to improve their business, and are people-oriented. It should therefore come as no surprise that we are rather fond of them :)

We have a couple of projects in the works right now, and so you won't see their integration for a couple of months yet, however to let you in on what's going on behind the scenes:

  • BaseKit will use Gandi's VPS Cloud Hosting service,
  • BaseKit's domain names will also be provided by Gandi,
  • Gandi will integrate the BaseKit tool directly into our website by the end of the year,
  • You can visit their website at http://www.basekit.com to get an idea for yourself in the meantime :) (We are working with BaseKit to launch their site in French too, at the address http://fr.basekit.com ).

The tool will be updated shortly however; The new version is much more ergonomic and is really a joy to work with.

On a final note, I would like to stress that our strategic partnership is based on the product, and will assure that we always have the best and most up-to-date HTML tool on the market.
